Every listener to your podcast will arrive with the same question, whether they’re just arriving or coming back for the next episode. This question — which we can call the “critical question” — can make or break the entire experience for them. The problem is, we rarely answer it in our work. (Whoops!)

Today, we dive into a relatively new show that’s doing a great job answering the critical question — Practice First, the podcast from B2B software startup Lessonly, based in Indianapolis. They’ve answered the critical question brilliantly, from the perspective of their audience of sales and customer support leaders who want to better train their teams. Said another way, Practice First wants their audience to put practice … um … first. They want to elevate the role of practice in the working world, in order to help teams do better work.
